Robyn Harper

(she/her)

Co-Host, The Chiron Project

“Compassion is an act of anti-oppression, whether we practice it with others or ourselves. I've seen too many changemakers burn out - compassion fatigue, late hours, skipped meals, ignored health issues - you name it, all in the name of trying to make the world a better place. However, we know that we are running a marathon, not a sprint. This Re(Boot) Camp isn't a "break from the work" - it IS the work. We have the opportunity to intentionally care for ourselves and others - the direct antidote to violence and harm. I'm so grateful to be a part of such a critical component of sustainable social justice work.”

Robyn’s Bio

Robyn Harper is the Founder & Lead Consultant of The Chiron Project LLC, a consulting practice that equips people to navigate social power and lead anti-oppressive change through strategic advising, coaching, and facilitated learning. With over a decade of experience in research, policy development, public education, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Robyn is known for blending intellectual rigor with deep empathy—guiding individuals and organizations through the complexities of identity, power, and systemic change.

Robyn’s approach is grounded in adult learning research, liberatory design, and continuous improvement, and is shaped by her own lived experience. She has designed and led DEI learning experiences for educators, school leaders, nonprofit teams, and public agencies, covering topics like implicit bias, anti-racism, and intersectionality. Prior to launching The Chiron Project full-time, Robyn served on the Equity Strategy & Programming team for D.C. Public Schools and led research and policy initiatives at a national education nonprofit. Her values—compassion, community, and courage—are at the heart of everything she does. Thoughtful and visionary, Robyn isn’t afraid to challenge norms, but always does so with warmth, curiosity, and respect.

Brian Frick

(he/him)

Co-Host, Stony Point Center

"Everyone should be known and loved for who they are, not for what they do. This is what transformed me in summer camp and what serves as my “why/purpose statement. It’s the reason I get up in the morning. We are called to be light to those struggling and to stand up for those who are oppressed. I feel so very thankful for directing a space like Stony Point Center that works with leaders and groups that do just that.”

Brian’s Bio

Brian has worked in camp and retreat ministry for more than 30 years. “I firmly believe that getting away from the busyness of our daily lives and spaces to take time away – to “re-treat” is essential to our social and spiritual health.” Moving to Stony Point, NY to re-open and run Stony Point Center in December of 2020, Brian is focused on rebuilding the intentional programming of this space. “Since 1949 when this space had been gifted to the Presbyterians, it has been a place of social justice focus and re-forming the church to be more welcoming, helping and engaging.

In January, it became clear that Stony Point Center was being called again to step up. SPC offered a Social Justice Summit, organized know your rights trainings with immigrant support groups, and are excited to lean into a space that offers rest and rejuvenation through this re-boot. “Preparing and re-equipping for the long haul is so important in this time when everything feels (and is!) so urgent!”

Tracey Obenauer

(she/her)

Co-Host, Stony Point Center

“Healing doesn’t always come easy, but I believe in doing the work anyway - for myself, for my family, and for the communities I love. I’ve spent my life learning how to survive, and now I’m learning how to thrive, and to help others do the same.”

This belief is at the heart of what Tracey brings to Stony Point Center as Associate Program Director. With over 30 years of experience in finance, entrepreneurship, and advocacy, Tracey understands that change happens when we listen deeply, show up fully, and create space for people to be seen, heard, and valued.

As a cancer survivor and amputee, Tracey carries lived experience that informs her deep commitment to justice, accessibility, and human dignity. “I want this place to feel like a deep breath, like something inside you says yes when you arrive.”

Tracey is excited to help shape SPC’s next chapter by building inclusive programs, fostering mission-aligned partnerships, and amplifying the voices of those working toward collective healing and systemic change. “The world needs places that restore us. I’m honored to help create one.”

“There is a sense of urgency now more than ever, to ‘get it right,’ in the ways that we care for people holistically in all the spheres we influence. That care has to start with us to create new models for how we live and thrive as whole humans.”

Rachel Porter, Founder, Kneading Change

Activating justice-seeking people, organizations and businesses to embrace and express their multiple identities through liberation-focused education, coaching, and consulting.

"Social change is always a risk. Changing the status quo and imagining greater inclusion and belonging requires us to commit to disrupting the existing systems of power that aren't serving the majority and particularly marginalized people and communities. The reality is that sustained social change work is also a risk to our own personal well-being and heartbreakingly, at times, our personal safety. The Changemaker (Re)Boot Camp is a place to remember that we are not doing this work alone. That there are other people who care as much as we do and who can support us in the hard moments. A Reloveution and Stony Point collaboration is reason enough to join in - this weekend is led by people who are passionate, transparent and full of love - totally worth it and a space I am honored to help co-create."

Ruth Farfel, Founder, Ruth Farfel Consulting

Dedicated to the transformative power of storytelling—crafting narratives that elevate voices, ignite action, and forge meaningful connections.

“I'm excited for this convening because it offers a rare and much-needed space for changemakers to pause, reflect, and reimagine their work. This is more than a gathering—it’s an opportunity to breathe, heal, and envision a future where our work is both sustainable and deeply fulfilling.”
